End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 14, 2026

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CobwebCheck, including the CobwebCheck GitHub App and Vercel Integration, for your own projects, subject to the terms below. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing product. Apart from this license, we keep all rights.

1. Who we are

CobwebCheck is operated by Ritzy Labs LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company ("we," "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

CobwebCheck connects, with your permission, to third-party services such as GitHub and Vercel using read-only access. It produces a report about your projects (activity, estimated costs, domain renewals) with suggested keep, kill or sell verdicts. CobwebCheck does not delete, pause or change anything in your accounts.

3. Your responsibilities

Only connect accounts you are authorized to connect. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to access data that isn't yours.

4. Estimates and verdicts

Costs may be estimates, and verdicts are only suggestions. They are not financial, legal or technical advice. You are responsible for any action you take in your own accounts.

5. Paid plans

If you buy a paid plan, pricing is shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

6. Third-party services

Your use of GitHub, Vercel and other connected services is governed by their own terms. You can revoke our access from those services at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, USA.
